I’m 50 and I am a trainer. I have been working professionally with young people for more than 25 years.

My life changed in the 90s when I experienced war in Bosnia and did voluntary work in refugee camps. There I realized that my vocation was to become a peacemaker among young people in Italy and abroad.

After that, for some years I worked as a street educator in socially disadvantage areas of Turin; in the early 2000s I’ve built up and run several informal groups of teenagers and I taught religion in some high schools in Arezzo, where in particular I developed projects aimed at relational wellness of students;

I worked for two years as a trainer in the international hall of residence of the Association Rondine Cittadella della Pace, a place in Tuscany where students, coming from the opposing sides of conflict, live and study side by side in a project of dialogue and peaceful coexistence.

I organized several international exchanges with young people from France, Germany, Bosnia , Israel, Palestine,

the U.S., Portugal, Lithuania, Ireland and Italy.

In the last years I trained intensively teachers and teens to prevent bullying in the schools, I worked in corporate training adults, with a strong people-centered approach and in international mobility preparing thousand of young people to do with the right mental attitude the project Erasmus + around Europe

I have a strong aptitude for team working with a motivating and collaborative style, creativity in designing and managing trainings, determination to achieve goals, ability to manage people and to motivate both youth and adults to a stable commitment over time.

Finally thanks to my ability to communicate in English, German, French and Spanish I can build and maintain relationships with people of all nationalities around the world.
